Holiday Rental Accommodation - Information & FAQ

Is a deposit required to secure my booking: Yes, a 30% deposit is required. This can be taken via Pay Pal online, or by credit/debit card via the owner, we also accept cheques.

When do I pay the balance: The remaining balance for the booking is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, or in some cases can be accepted in cash on arrival.

What happens after I book: After receiving the deposit, the owner will email you to confirm your booking, details on how the balance is to be paid, arrival information, key collection etc.

What are the terms of booking: Our terms and conditions are provided on the web site. In order to book you must agree the terms and conditions.

What are the check in/out times: Check in is usually 4pm and check out time is 10am

I have an early arrival or late departure where can I keep my bags: Whenever possible, we will do our very best to provide storage in the apartment, however if there are guests arriving or departing on the same day this is sometimes not possible. There is a left luggage at platform 2 Waverly station and close to the Air link to the airport.

Where can I pick up the keys: You will be welcomed at the apartment on your arrival, keys will be provided at this time, you will be shown around the apartment, and helped with any questions you may have. However, if your arrival is outwith the reasonable arrival time, keys may be posted to your home address, or picked up prior to arrival at another location.

Where can I park my car: Car parking is available right outside the apartment. It is free Monday – Friday from 5.30pm until 8.30am. Week-ends are free from Friday 5.30 – Monday 8.30am. During 8.30am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday it is £1 per hour. Parking meter is situated close-by.
